Microsoft Class Action Lawsuit

  1. Well bully for Microcrap. It has no authority and no legal right whatsoever to ‘demand’ customers do any such thing – which is aimed entirely at appeasing their laziness and dishonesty.

    They can play word games and use age-old corporate bs labels like ‘our policy requires customers to be obedient little muppets’.

    Nope. That bullshit’s done and they’re going down, so enjoy your rich little lifestyle while you can, moron, because it’ll be back to the slums of Lahore (or wherever the crap you come from that’s of no importance to anyone).

    It’s an entirely dishonest corporation that – if We The People have anything to do with it – will be either broken up or shut down entirely.

    I fed up with their constant ‘updates’ and ‘cumulative updates’ destroying my desktop pc. Unlike the third world tosspot ceo of MS, I don’t have a limitless income – I’m disabled and the only way I can communicate it via a pc or text device of some kind.

  2. What about Microsoft charging a debit card that was never given to them for Microsoft 365. I used a NetSpend Master Card to pay the initial monthly $6.99 in March 2022. I cancelled the subscription because my son had bought one for his business and had 4 more devices 365 could be installed on. I did not put funds on my NetSpend card to cover any further payments and thought I cancelled the subscription I had purchased. Evidently they didn’t process the cancellation. Microsoft decided to fraudulently swipe information from my City National Bank card and charged 3 more monthly fees to that card. I had to cancel my CNB card to protect myself from my account being compromised. Microsoft reimbursed me for ONE of the $6.99 charges. I wonder how many times they have done this to others. This is flat out scary that they have that much access to a card I had just had a couple of months and never purchased anything from them. This isn’t all…the most heartbreaking thing that happened is when Microsoft 365 was installed I lost all the music lyrics I had written, poems, 2 stories I was writing plus a eulogy I wrote that was read at my son’s funeral and literally dozens of saved important information I had on Microsoft Word.
