How Many Personal Injuries Can You Accidentally Cause at Walmart?
Recently there has been a lot of news about how many lawsuits against Walmart are being filed. And there is some concern that this number is too high. But Walmart spokesperson, argued that most of the suits filed are not valid. In fact, she said, “no one has yet brought a lawsuit against Walmart.” So, just out of curiosity, how many lawsuits against Walmart did you file, other than this one?
“I’m not going to take your word for it,” she said. In fact, she provided a list of some of the more common cases.
Specifically, there was one case in which a woman claimed that the softener in one of their beverages had caused her to develop breast cancer. There was another in which a man died of a heart attack while at Walmart.
While she didn’t provide the names of any of the cases, I checked and there were indeed quite a few on the list. So it appears that this statistic is correct.
However, it may also be true that there may be more lawsuits against other companies, such as Landaker and Safeway, than against Walmart.
One of the reasons that there may be more lawsuits against companies like Landaker and Safeway than against Walmart is that these are well-known brand names.
They sell many products. Therefore, they have more plaintiffs who can sue for injuries or for property damage that they might have caused.
A second reason is that the cost of a moving company may be much higher if you have a case against Landaker or Safeway.
You can get the same amount of money from an attorney, even though the amount may be more. So, the question is, how many lawsuits have been brought against Landaker or Safeway because of the injuries that their employees suffered while working for them?
The only way to find out is to research the details of your case.
I recommend that you contact an attorney and see how many of them she has handled. If she is not the attorney that you have had success with, then I would seek an attorney that does have experience with cases such as yours. It may take some time, but this type of case is not easy to prove at trial, so why waste your time with a mediocre attorney when you could get a superior one for a lot less money?
